What's Included
What you get with Acadesync that Gradelink doesn't offer.
Same simplicity, full K-12 capability
Acadesync was designed with the same philosophy as Gradelink: easy for non-technical staff to learn and use without formal training. The difference is we applied that simplicity to nurse portal, car line, lunch POS, fundraising, and financial aid — not just SIS and grades.
Nurse, cafeteria, and car line built in
Gradelink has no health office module, no lunch POS, and no car line feature. Acadesync includes all three — health visit logging, medication records, cafeteria point-of-sale, and dismissal tracking — all in the same platform your teachers and registrar use daily.
Similar price, dramatically more included
Acadesync launch pricing is comparable to what Gradelink charges for a basic plan, but includes the nurse portal, car line, lunch POS, fundraising, and financial aid features that Gradelink does not offer at any pricing tier. The rate is guaranteed for 2 full years.
- Fundraising and financial aid — Neither is available in Gradelink. Acadesync includes built-in donation campaign tools and financial aid application management — features growing schools need but typically have to purchase separately.
- Modern mobile experience across all roles — Fully responsive design that works on any device. Bulk attendance entry by class period. Teacher-friendly gradebook on tablets. Parents check grades and pay balances from their phones without calling the office.
- Start small, expand when ready — Set up your student records and gradebook today. When you are ready to activate the nurse portal, lunch POS, or car line, it is already there — no additional modules to purchase, no upgrade conversations.
- Multi-campus support — Growing schools and networks with multiple campuses are supported out of the box. Gradelink does not offer multi-campus management at any pricing tier.

1.
Can you migrate our data from Gradelink?Yes. Gradelink provides CSV exports for student records, family contacts, current-year class rosters, and grade history. The export format is straightforward and well-documented, which makes Gradelink one of the easier migrations we handle. We will work with you to pull student profiles, guardian information, enrollment records, and current-year data into Acadesync. Most Gradelink migrations are operationally complete within two to three days. We can time the switch for summer, semester break, or mid-year if your schedule allows.
2.
Is Acadesync as easy to use as Gradelink? That is the goal — and we would argue it is a fair comparison to make. Gradelink built its reputation on being simple and approachable for non-technical school staff. We have designed Acadesync with the same principle: no training required to get started, logical workflows that match how schools actually operate, and self-serve help documentation for anything that is not immediately obvious. The difference is that we extended that simplicity across a much wider feature set. The nurse portal works the way a nurse expects. The car line portal works the way a car line coordinator expects. We did not bolt on complexity in exchange for more features.
3.
What if we only need SIS and grades right now?Start there. Acadesync includes everything at the same price regardless of what you activate. Set up your student records and gradebook today. When you are ready to activate the nurse portal, lunch POS, or car line, it is already there — no additional modules to purchase, no upgrade conversations. Many schools start with core SIS and gradebook and expand into operational features over their first school year as staff get comfortable with the platform.
4.
How does Acadesync pricing compare to Gradelink?Gradelink pricing runs approximately $2,200 to $4,000 per year for a 200-student school depending on the feature tier selected. Acadesync launch pricing is $1/student/month — $2,400/year for a 200-student school — and that price includes the nurse portal, lunch POS, car line management, fundraising tools, financial aid management, and counselor portal that Gradelink does not offer at any pricing tier. The rate is guaranteed for 2 full years with no surprise increases.
